About Us
Carebloxx is a distinguished non-profit organization that harnesses the power of games as
educational tools to promote and instill principles of racial equality. With a robust academic
curriculum, Carebloxx facilitates the cultivation of essential skills among participants, enabling
them to better comprehend, reflect upon, and empathize with diverse races across the global
spectrum. Leveraging the accessibility and appeal of online gaming, particularly through
platforms like Roblox, Carebloxx is dedicated to empowering the youth while fostering broader
perspectives towards minority races.
The name Carebloxx; is symbolic of our commitment to nurturing a deep sense of care
and concern for all children, universally and without bias, through the medium of Roblox.
Recognizing the value of leveraging an established and popular gaming platform for educational
endeavors, we have embarked on the creation of our proprietary game, aptly named "Pickel"
Our overarching mission is to spearhead the development of robust anti-racist curricula
within youth education on a global scale. In this vein, we are poised to seamlessly integrate our
innovative empathy-centric games into the fabric of American public schools, beginning with the
Los Angeles School District. We firmly believe in the transformative power of youth education
as a potent antidote to solving internalized and interpersonal racism. Consequently, we have
devoted considerable resources to meticulously crafting a creative curriculum that is not only
effective but also universally accessible and enjoyable for children from all walks of life.
Origins
As an accomplished actor and aspiring model, I have come to recognize and deeply
appreciate the profound impact of empathy and the capacity to embrace novel viewpoints that
extend beyond the scope of everyday existence. Theater, for instance, offers a unique conduit
through which I can seamlessly inhabit entirely new identities, immersing myself in characters
characterized by stark differences in circumstances and backgrounds. Similarly, the realm of
modeling imparts invaluable lessons in personifying the visions conceived by clothing designers,
assuming a pivotal role within the intricate tapestry of artwork showcased on the runway. This
realization has led me to the conviction that the art of acting and modeling can greatly enrich the
lives of children through the transformative nature of roleplaying, enabling them to forge
empathetic connections with individuals who may not share similar life circumstances.
Motivated by the dynamic warmup exercises that often precede theater classes, I am
driven to develop an immersive roleplaying game tailored to facilitate children's empathetic
understanding and unity with various races and cultures, all within an engaging and efficacious
framework. We have opted to apply the empathy skills acquired through theatre classes to the
realm of online games, thereby rendering our curriculum accessible to all, free of charge and
reliant solely on an internet connection.
